How has nutrition coaching positively impacted your health or lifestyle?

Working with Rebecca has given me more nutritional freedom than I ever thought I could have. I always struggled with disordered eating especially after stopping school athletics and I didn't think I would get to a place where I felt like my healthiest self. She gave me such a different perspective on nutrition in my life and I now know exactly what I need to do to feel amazing.

Are there specific changes you've noticed in your energy levels, mood, or overall well-being?

I have never felt more confident and more energized. Considering I was eating very little protein and calories before, I can't believe the results I have seen just by eating more and focusing on the quality of what I'm putting in my body. I have seen incredible performance goals being hit (almost 10 pull-ups) AND I have dropped 2 pant sizes to the point where my leggings don't fit.

Were there any unexpected benefits or positive changes you experienced through nutrition coaching?

One of the biggest things that I saw through nutrition coaching is finally finding time for myself. I have always put others first, but always neglected caring for me. This started out as something just to try and led to me finally gaining the courage to block out time for me during my week, even if it's prepping veggies on Sundays :)

How has the support and guidance from your nutrition coach contributed to your success?

I owe everything I was able to accomplish to Rebecca as my coach. We always said, even coaches need a coach sometimes and she always went above and beyond. I knew even if we didn't have a call, I could reach out to her with questions or she would always check in with me. She give 110% to the clients she works with and that is why I have been as successful as I have been able to be.

Have you noticed changes in your relationship with food or how you approach meals?

Before working with Rebecca, I used to think I had to eat less to get where I wanted to. I would go through ups and downs of not eating enough or eating too much and never felt good about myself. Now, the greatest thing I can say is I appreciate the food my body needs and will ALWAYS listen to it.
